Portions of work for the project include (but are not limited to) the following: [Construction area signs, electrical materials, SWPPP, water pollution control program, survey, lead compliance, loops, striping, concrete, communications systems, system integration]. The firms must consider all terms related to prevailing wage terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project. 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required.
