KDC Inc. is bidding this project as a General Contractor. We are actively seeking sub-bids on all trades from qualified & certified DBE subcontractors and suppliers. Plans and specs are available for your review at our office, or you can send request or interest in this Project and we will send you the plans/specs. Your quote should be sent to our office prior to the bid date/time. For assistance with bonding, insurance, or lines of credit, contact our office for any help. Portions of work for the project include (but are not limited to) the following: [Construction area signs, electrical materials, SWPPP, water pollution control program, survey, lead compliance, loops, striping, concrete, communications systems, system integration]. DBE Goal 11%

The firms must consider all terms related to prevailing wage terms. Firms must possess and maintain a current contractor license, insurance, and worker compensation coverage during the project. 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required.
