Ardurra is requesting SOQs from qualified DBE (MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE) engineering firms to support the Inland Empire Utilities Agency (IEUA) in the delivery and implementation of the Chino Basin Program. Ardurra is seeking DBE firms to fulfill the following service areas: environmental compliance/coordination, geological and geotechnical evaluations, tunneling experts, P6 Primavera scheduling, and asset management plans. Please demonstrate experience on programs of similar size and complexity in the water and wastewater industry.

Accepted certifications: USEPA, SBA, Caltrans State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State, and Local governments, and Independent private organization certifications.

Qualified firms are encouraged to submit a letter of interest, indicating which service(s) your firm provides and one qualifications package.
