This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the state of good repair at Three (3) Stations on the Jamaica Line (75th Street, 85th Street, & Cypress Hills Stations). The stations will receive structural concrete and steel repairs. The platforms will be fully replaced along with new Platform Structural Support steel. Platform replacement includes new tactile warning tiles and rubbing boards. Finish items such as new tiles, painting, Platform Windscreens, wall panels, Handrails/Guardrails, New Stairs, and Station Signage will be replaced as part of this contract. Station lighting, power, and communication system upgrades will also be performed as part of this contract. HVAC and Plumbing systems will also be upgraded/repaired at the stations. The Work also includes signal and communication Work, demolition of CBH (Circuit Breaker House) between Woodhaven Boulevard and 104th Street Stations, and repair of rubbing board at 121 Street and 104th Street Stations.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Furnish & Installation of Platform Windscreens, Structural Steel supply & installation, Painting & Lead abatement, Tiles, Signage, Mechanical & Plumbing, Electrical, and Asbestos Abatement.
