The project consists of the following: upgrading 42 existing bus stops within Santa Clara County and construction of a new pedestrian fence barrier. Upgrades to the bus stops include but are not limited to the removal of existing transit shelters, benches, and trash receptacles; removal/replacement of PCC sidewalks, bus pads, and curb/gutter; minor signage/striping upgrades. Construction of 4' high metal picket fence.

We are seeking quotes from vendors and subcontractors for the following: saw cutting, caulking/sealants, trucking, traffic control, electrical work, striping/signage work, dumping of PCC/AC/Dirt, purchase of base rock, concrete, asphalt, fence work, and bus shelter installation.

This project has a DBE, MBE, and WBE goal.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance, and workers' compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement.
