Seeking quotes from qualified & certified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/SBRA/LSAF/HUB subs and suppliers for, but not limited to, the following: pipe/appurtenances; paving; striping; traffic loops; preconstruction/pipeline videos; SWPPP; shoring; traffic control; project signs; sewer manholes; aggregates; and concrete. This project consist of 12" PVC and DIP force main, 33" and 36" VCP sanitary sewer main lines, manholes, related appurtenances and trench repair.

All subs and suppliers will be required to provide a copy of their Certification with their quote, be registered with the California DIR and must submit a completed EPA Form 4500-3 by 8/24/22.
