Walsh Construction Company II, LLC. is seeking subcontractor pricing for the FRENCH VALLEY PARKWAY I-15 IMPROVEMENTS. Work includes construct collector/distributor lanes along northbound I-15 from the Winchester Road Interchange to the I-15/I-215 Junction with connectors to I-15 and I-215, within the cities of Temecula and Murrieta in Riverside County, California. The general items of work include, but are not limited to: freeway widening, concrete barriers, concrete and asphalt concrete paving, retaining walls, sound walls, drainage, electrical, bridge barrier, signage, excavation, concrete, HMA paving, concrete barrier, retaining walls, sound walls, storm drain, reinforced concrete, pavement markings, traffic signals, traffic control, guardrails, SWPPP, QC, erosion control, lighting, fencing, camera systems, traffic monitoring systems and other related work. We believe engaging local community and DBE resources benefits our projects and the communities in which we do business. Throughout this project, we will seek to establish relationships with local DBE/MBE/WBE firms.

100% performance bonds may be required for the full subcontracted amount. Subcontractors must possess a valid California Contractor’s license, and current insurance. Subcontractor’s will be required to sign a standard subcontract agreement. Walsh Construction will work cooperatively with all qualified firms seeking to work on this project.
