The Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District (District) is releasing this Request For Proposals (RFP) to solicit bids from an experienced individual or organization to provide facilitation services during public meetings focused on air quality and related public health environmental justice issues in designated communities. Please see Attachment #1, “Scope of Services” in the RFP for additional information on services required and the Sample Contract in Public Purchase for sample contract terms and conditions.

All responses to this RFP must be submitted electronically using Public Purchase by: 5:00 p.m. PST on Friday, October 7, 2022. All respondents must be registered vendors using Public Purchase in order to submit a proposal.
