Bond may be required. JMB will cover costs up to 1.5%. Call for assistance with plan or spec interpretation, credit line, bonding, insurance, equipment, supplies and materials.
Subcontractors will be required to enter into our standard contract. Subcontractors must possess a current contractor’s license, DIR registration number and appropriate insurance. Please contact us for specific insurance requirements.
JMB is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers & Carpenters. This is a prevailing wage project.
JMB will make every effort to assist subs and suppliers in breaking down work items or scopes of work to facilitate DBE participation.
