The Work includes construction of New CTE Building with fire sprinklers an associated site development. We are requesting all trades. We are requesting subcontractor bids from DVBE certified subcontractors and suppliers for the following trades including but not limited to: surveying, demolition, concrete, rebar, concrete suppliers, trucking, masonry, steel, rough carpentry, Insulation, roofing, doors and windows, plastering, gypboard, tile, flooring, protective wall panels, painting, signage, toilet and bath accessories, specialties, earthwork, paving, and pavement marking, site utilities, chain link fencing, landscaping and irrigation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, communication and security.
