Ginno Construction is seeking estimates from DIR certified subcontractors for the following trades:
Demolition, concrete, metals, earthwork, exterior improvements, and utilities.

INSTALLATION OF 2 SHADE STRUCTURES, MISC. CONCRETE WALKS, PLATFORMS & PLANTERS, LANDSCAPING & IRRIGATION,
and MISC ELECTRICAL/ SIGNAL PATHWAYS.

All Subcontractors are required to acknowledge and meet the minimum insurance requirements set forth by the owner in the project plans, specifications and addenda. All Subcontractors will be responsible for any wage determination increases that may arise over the course of the project. All Subcontractors must sign and abide by their contract with Ginno Construction, Inc.
