This is a Public Works Project and requires prevailing wages be paid. Subcontractors must be registered with DIR at the time of bid.
CEI will work with any interested subcontractor to identify opportunities and break items into economically feasible packages. As part of this contract we require subcontractors to take the affirmative steps required to assure that small, minority and women owned businesses are used when possible.
