The project consists of traffic control, saw cutting, removing damaged sections of sidewalk, curb & gutter, asphalt, placing aggregate base, concrete, removing roots, and installing root control barriers, concrete slicing/grinding.

We are seeking quotes from subcontractors/vendors for the following items: trucking, traffic control, concrete, asphalt, base rock, dumping of concrete/asphalt/dirt, and concrete slicing/grinding.

This project has a 15% Minority Owned Businesses and 5% to Women Owned Businesses goal.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
