Project Description: The Project implements Stage 3 and a portion of Stage 4H of the LIRR’s Jamaica Capacity Improvements (“JCI”) Phase II Construction Program. The Project comprises the design and construction of a new railroad bridge and through-running tracks in Hall Interlocking via the extension of LIRR’s existing E-Yard over 150th Street and the Atlantic Branch Track 1.
