We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and suppliers for, but not limited to: Water meter, pipe, boxes, hydrants and appurtenances, excavating, grading, asphalt paving, concrete, trucking, surveying and WPCP.

This project consists of replacing aging manual-read water meters with AMR water meters, installing AMR antennas on meters, and replacing meter boxes, lids, and/or appurtenances as needed in select areas.

SnL Group, Inc. is available to discuss breaking out any portion of work to encourage minority participation.

DBE for this project includes: DBE, DVBE, MBE, WEBE, WBE and SBE.

Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.

Requirements: Please submit quotes with the pages 00450-1, 00450-2, 00495-5 through 00495-8 from the proposal documents.
By submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that hey have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addendums and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract document execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.

DBEs can no longer self-certify and all qualifying firms must provide CASFR proof of DBE certification from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), The Small Business Administration(SBA), The Department of Transportation's State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State and Local governments, and/or Independent private organization certifications. If an entity holds one of these certifications, it is considered acceptable for establishing status under the DBE Program.
