This project consists of the following: traffic control, concrete/asphalt removal/placement, construction of driveways, walkways, sidewalk, curb & gutter, curb ramps, roadside signs/posts, thermoplastic traffic striping, and markings; installation of rectangular rapid flashing beacon system and various other items. We are seeking quotes from subcontractors/suppliers for the following items: Traffic Control, water pollution control plans, saw-cutting, construction signage, installing thermoplastic traffic striping and markings; construction survey, electrical work, tree removal, lumber, trucking, asphalt, base rock, dumping of concrete, dirt, and asphalt.

This project is federally funded and has a 12% DBE goal.

JJR Construction, Inc. is signatory to Laborers and Cement Masons Unions. Any non-signatory subcontractors will be required to sign an agreement for trades covered under our agreements. Contractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting JJR's requirements and will be required to sign the standard JJR Subcontract Agreement. A copy of the insurance requirements and agreement can be obtained by contacting the estimator.
