We are seeking quotes from Section 3 businesses for the conversion of an existing two building motel to affordable single occupancy housing to include: site improvements, new interior finishes, cabinetry, plumbing and light fixtures, and ADA improvements. We are seeking quotes for the following trades: Demolition, Concrete, Millwork, Metal Fabrication, Waterproofing, Insulation, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry, Glass and Glazing, Doors and Frames, Flooring, Plastering, Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Grading and Paving, Landscape.
This project will be subject to prevailing wages. Section 3 and MBE/WBE are encouraged to bid.
