WALNUT PARK
Location: 7616 Pacific Blvd., 1434 W. Miramar Street, Walnut Park, CA 90255

The Walnut Park project consists of a new 4-story apartment building with 64 proposed affordable and permanent supportive housing (PSH) development located in Unincorporated Los Angeles County community area called Walnut Park, south of City of Huntington Park. The building will also have a subterranean parking structure for 48 parking spaces. Project is expected to commence in December 2022.

Walton Construction, Inc. plans to receive bids from Section 3, Los Angeles County, MBE/WBE/SBE/DBE for participation in the project.

Certified firms must provide a copy of their current Section 3 and Diversity Business certifications. This is a California State Prevailing Wage and Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage project.
