SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:

The projects is renovation of an existing portable building into an Innovation Center. The work includes but is not limited to:demolition, HAZMAT abatement, electrical, plumbing, mechanical and finishes.

Estimated Construction Value is $ 1 - 3 M

We will be accepting BIDS on 8/01/22 @ 11 AM PST.

In order to bid for this project, your CSLB License must be active and you must be registered with the D.I.R (Department of Industrial Relations).No contractor or subcontractor may be listed in a bid or awarded a contract for a public works project unless registered with the DIR as required by Labor Code section 1725.5.
