We are seeking quotes for steel fabrication, painting, electrical, rebar supply and/or install, CIDH, bearing pads, precast girders, landscaping, hazardous material testing, asphalt, erosion control, SWPPP, staking/surveying, trackwork, temporary creek diversion, dewatering, utility trenching, excavation and backfill, import/export trucking, waterproofing and more.

It is the intention of the Agency to create a level playing field on which Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) can compete fairly for contracts and subcontracts relating to the Agency's construction, procurement, and professional services activities. The Agency has established a contract-specific DBE utilization goal of fourteen percent (14%) for this contract.

Subcontractor must possess a valid contractor's license, current insurance, worker's compensation meeting Disney Construction's requirement and be registered under Public Works Contractors Registration Law [SB 854]. Subcontractors will be required to abide by terms and conditions of the AGC Master Labor Agreements and to execute an agreement utilizing the latest DCI Subcontract incorporating prime contract terms and conditions, including payment provisions.
