Project consists of the construction of a new 4,260 SF Media Arts Building and associated site work on the William Finch Charter School campus and a new 2,152 SF single-story classroom pre-kindergarten building and associated site work for Little Bridges Preschool.

Seeking estimates from subcontractors, vendors and material suppliers for the following divisions:

General Conditions, Site Work, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood & Plastics, Moisture Protection, Doors & Windows, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical.

All Underground/Earthwork and MEP subcontractors bidding this project must be prequalified by 7/20/22 - See Addendum #2 for prequalification document

When submitting your bid, provide separate cost for each project (one proposal for Little Bridges Preschool Building & one proposal for William Finch Media Arts Building). These projects be built concurrently.
