Proposals are being accepted in all divisions for the new affordable housing apartment project. The project will consist of ten (10) apartment buildings totaling 80 units, and one community building, with +/- 5 acres related onsite improvements. This project will be subject to Davis Bacon's prevailing wages. Huff Construction is the selected GC and this project has a commencement date of no later than November 2022. The project is scheduled for an 18-month build duration.

Scope of work to include, but is not limited to, the following: Grade, pave, over-excavation, tree removal, tree protection, erosion control, site utilities, site concrete, concrete retaining walls, keystone retaining walls, striping, and signage, landscape & irrigation, playground equipment, building concrete, masonry trash enclosures, structural and misc steel, steel stairs, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, cabinets, countertops, roofing, insulation, waterproofing, cement shingle siding, doors/hardware, windows, stucco, drywall, tile, vinyl flooring, paint, accessories, residential appliances, window coverings, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, electrical, structured cabling, fire alarm, ERRCS
