Marina is seeking bids from qualified vendors/subcontractors to provide or perform the following:
lead compliance plan, construction area signs, traffic control system, SWPP monitoring/BMP's, street sweeping, erosion control, plants, fertilizers, Lead soil abatement and hauling, irrigation supplies, stamped concrete paving, electrical ramp-metering, maintaining existing traffic management & electrical service for irrigation controllers.

Subcontractors must possess a current active contractor's license, DIR number, general liability insurance, and workers compensation insurance. Payment and performance bond may be required for the full contract amount. Marina Landscape is signatory with the operating engineers and laborers, and pipefitters unions.
