This project is Non-OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the construction of a pile supported retaining wall along with the installation of a flexible flood gate. The existing tunnel pumping system will receive mechanical improvements as well as the installation of a new fire alarm system. Lastly, the replacement and installation of a new Police Radio and Antenna system.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, furnish & install Drilled shafts, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Plumbing, and electrical.

The Minority Goals are
DBE: 22.5%
