This project is OCIP. Please review all insurance documents and ensure proper costs are included in your proposal.

The work under this contract consists generally of the repair and improvement to the public areas at the 36th Street and 46th Street Stations. The stations will receive structural concrete and steel repairs. Finish items such as new tiles, painting, and signage will be replaced as part of this contract. The platform edges will also be replaced along with tactile warning tiles and rubbing boards. Station lighting and communication system upgrades will also be performed as part of this contract. The existing drainage in the station will be cleaned and repaired as required.

Project solicitation needs include, but are not limited to the following scope:
CPM Scheduling, survey, progress photo & video, concrete supply, rebar supply, rebar installation, miscellaneous metal supply & installation, Structural Steel supply & installation, Painting, Mechanical & Plumbing, and Electrical.

The Minority Goals are
