Project Details

The Project or Work consists of furnishing all labor, material and equipment for the installation of two new liquid solids loading facilities at the Army Base Treatment Plant (ABTP), one new liquid solids unloading facility at the Virginia Initiative Plant (VIP) and one new liquid solids unloading facility at the Atlantic Treatment Plant (ATP), all ancillary equipment and components, and modifications to existing facilities. Modifications to existing facilities include, but are not limited to, modifications to the ABTP Nitrification Enhancement Facility (NEF), VIP Primary Solids Fermenter, and ATP Solids Handling Building, as well as plant drain system modifications, non-potable water system modifications, and related civil, structural, electrical and instrumentation work at all three treatment plants.
