We are seeking quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers for, but not limited to: Trucking, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Pad and Curb, Rebar, Grading, Fencing-Temporary, Electrical, Generator Supplier. Project consists of, but not limited to: installation of a diesel powered back up electrical generator, concrete foundation, electrical transfer switch & connections to existing service, asphalt demo, trenching, backfill & repaving electrical service connections and steel bollards.

Electrical Generator MUST BE one of the following manufacturers: Kohler, Cummins, Blue Star or Generac.

This project has a DVBE goal of 3%. This project follows general Prevailing Wage Requirements and Davis-Bacon DIR Rates. www.dir.ca.gov

DVBE subcontractors and material supplies must be certified by the Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Services.

Subcontractors must be registered with the DIR prior to submitting a proposal/bid. Subcontractors must provide proof of workers compensation insurance with their quote/bid, and obtain it throughout the completion of this project.
