This project consists of two (2), single story CTE Buildings and related site work on the same existing campus. The site work shall include all site improvements and underground utilities associated with all structures. The Agricultural Pathway Building is a CMU and metal framed structure with metal panels to match the existing adjacent building. The Health Pathway Building is a standalone, metal stud framed building with a combination of Cement Plaster and Metal Panel Walls.
