D-Line is soliciting quotations from certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises ("DVBE's")
for the following types of work and supplies/materials including but not limited to:
Replacement of outdoor Athletic field, Track, Specialty Athletic Sport areas and bleachers. Existing restroom facilities will be upgraded and new single-occupancy accessible restroom facilities will be added to new north and south plazas, accessible parking and path of travel to new work will be included. Trades include but are not limited to: demolition, site concrete, asphalt paving, rock, fencing, restroom construction, erosion control, trucking, landscaping, electrical, synthetic turf, track, and bleacher construction.

DVBE Goal- 3%
Engineers Estimate- $7,500,000

D-Line is willing to break out portions of the work to increase the expectation of meeting the DVBE participation goals. At our discretion, 100% Payment and Performance Bonds may be required as a subcontract condition. D-Line is willing to pay up to 1.5% of the bond premium.
