Is seeking qualified DVBEs

We are seeking quotes for subcontractors and suppliers for, but not limited to; SWPPP, Construction Area Signs, Aggregate materials, Paving, Trucking, Water and Storm Drain materials, Structural Steel and Reinforced Steel, Decorative Concrete, Pavers, Temporary Fencing.

Scope of work includes: construction of main quad shade structure. Including demolition, site work, concrete, asphalt paving, architectural, structural, electrical, landscaping and other work necessary to construct the project per plans and specs.

This is a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) project, with a 3% goal. All contractors bidding this project must be registered with D.I.R. and have valid Work Comp Insurance for the duration of this project.

Wage Requirements are Prevailing Wage for the State of California and Davis Bacon www.dir.ca.gov (https://www.dir.ca.gov/Public-Works/Prevailing-Wage.html).

Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.

DVBE's can no longer self-certify, and DVBE firms must be certified by the California Unified Certification Program (CUCP) (https://dot.ca.gov/programs/civil-rights/dbe-search) and/or SAM registration. If an entity holds this certification, it is considered acceptable for establishing status under the DVBE Program.
