SCOPE: Alten Construction is under contract to bid out this lease-leaseback project to subcontractors. Selective demo & modernization of classroom buildings, create outdoor learning areas, voluntary seismic upgrade, renovation of auditorium restrooms & addition of music storage casework, & misc. site work in 2 phases.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date & Time is TBD / NO PLA, but Prevailing Wage IS Required / Skilled & Trained Workforce Requirements / DSA Approved Plans & Specs Available 4/6/20 / 5% Retention / See Extracts from Facilities Lease for Insurance Requirements & LDs / RFI Deadline is 4/17/20 - email to bids@altenconstruction.com / MEP&FS Subs MUST be Prequalified to Bid - Contact bids@altenconstruction.com for prequal packet if needed / Trade Packages, Schedule and RFI Log to be Provided Prior to Bid / 430 CD project duration

It is now State of CA law to provide CSLB license #'s & DIR #'s on sub lists - make sure to have them on your bid scope!
Alten Construction may implement a CCIP (Contractor Controlled Insurance Program) on this or any Project

In order for bids to be considered, they must be received at our office by mail, phone or fax one (1) hour prior to bid closing time. PREVAILING WAGE RATES, INSURANCE FORM CG2010 11/85 (EQUIVALENT IS CG2010 0704 & CG203 COMBINED) & WEEKLY CERTIFIED PAYROLL REPORTS ARE REQUIRED. 100% PERFORMANCE & PAYMENT BONDS MAY BE REQUIRED.
