VTA DBE Program Resumption - Contractor Information Session

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is holding an in-person information session on the resumption of the DBE program in California. Primes and subcontractors alike are encouraged to attend. VTA has resumed its process of setting DBE participation goals on contracts, and will provide information on how to stay in compliance with current and future VTA contracts. The session will cover the current state of affairs with respect to the rule from October 2025 that paused the DBE program, how to complete recertification, understanding how the current state of affairs applies to existing contracts with committed DBEs, when VTA approval is needed, and more. There will be time allotted for questions and answers.
