Brown Construction is requesting bids from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers, including SBE, DBE, WBE, DVBE, Local and Section 3 firms, for all trades on the above captioned project. In accordance with California Labor Code 218.7, Direct Employer, Subcontractors will be required to submit weekly payroll documentation to Brown Construction, Inc. Brown Construction, Inc. utilizes a software program, Elations, to gather the required documents. There is no cost to the subcontractor for this program.
