Project Description: The project consists of the following three major scopes of work:
1. Replace the facility's existing low-voltage switchboards, including associated feeder modifications, terminations, testing, and commissioning. Provide temporary power and coordinate phased shutdowns and cutovers to maintain
facility operations throughout construction.
2. Replace Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) 2 in kind, relocate and replace the low-voltage transformer in kind, and provide electrical connections for new mechanical equipment.
3. Replace and improve HVAC equipment in the Telecom Room, Server Room, and UPS1 Room. Work includes ductwork and air-handling unit (AHU) modifications; installation of a new air-circulation connection between the Server Room and Telecom Room; integration with the existing building management system (BMS); testing and commissioning; and coordination of power-distribution and HVAC-equipment cutovers. E.E $7,800,000

Anderson Pacific Engineering Construction, Inc. is requesting subcontractor and material supply quotes from qualified and certified Local Business Enterprise (Small-LBEs, Micro-LBEs, SBA-LBEs) firms. This project has a 20% goal for the 1011 Turk Street Switchboard, UPS2, and HVAC Replacement, Sourcing Event ID No.: 0000011919 for the City of San Francisco Public Works Department, bidding October 14, 2026, at 2:30 PM.
