The Work Consists of:

CCTV inspection / Cleaning
Manhole rehabilitation and coating
Lateral repair and reinstatement
Full replacement of sanitary sewer assets (Excavation and point repairs)

Incidental and Variable Work:

Complex traffic control plans and implementation beyond typical cones.
Surface restoration beyond standard pavement (e.g., brick, concrete, specialty materials)
High-flow bypass pumping
Clearing and grubbing
Construction access improvements
Work in constrained or nonstandard easements
Locality-specific enhancements or add-on scopes
