The requested scopes include but are not limited to: CMU masonry, rebar, electrical and specialty lighting, low voltage (CCTV, security, phone, data, IT racks), roofing with flashings and downspouts, HVAC and hoods, plumbing, fire suppression, fencing and gates, flooring and tile, painting and specialty coatings, thermal and sound insulation, metal stud framing, drywall and fire walls, T-bar ceilings, metal siding, PEMB buildings, misc metals and handrails, fabricated steel pipe, FRP pipe and blowers, rough and finish carpentry, casework and millwork, glazing, overhead doors, wall protection and coverings, caulking and sealants, sunshades, paving, striping and ADA, pond liner, and geogrid.
