• The following trades shall be subcontracted: Surveying, Testing & Inspection, SWPPP, Pot Holing, Earthwork, AC paving, Fencing, Landscape, Rebar, CMU, Structural Steel, Metal Deck, Millwork, Sheet Metal, Roofing, Waterproofing, Doors, Framing/ Drywall, Paint, Tile, ACT, Flooring, Specialties, Signage, Equipment, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Utilities.

• Contract Dates: ~1Q 2027 to ~1Q 2030

• Project Description: The EMWD San Jacinto Valley AWPF includes a new Process Building, various support buildings/ Tanks, brine ponds, bioretention pond, AC paving, landscaping, and above ground/ below ground utilities throughout.
• This project encourages participation with Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)
• Labor: Prevailing Wage/ Davis Bacon - whichever is higher; (HP requirement for Union Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons)
