Stantec Consulting Services Inc. is seeking DBE firms that are experienced in one or more of the following areas:
• Geotechnical Services
• Public Outreach Services
• Surveying and Mapping Services
• Traffic Control Services
to provide specialized subconsulting services on a project called Request for Proposals College Park East Stormwater Infrastructure Design Services (CIP SD2601). The proposal deadline to the City of Seal Beach is 2:00 PM, October 6, 2026. Deadline for submission of qualifications to Stantec is 5:00 PM on September 23, 2026.
Interested firms should submit the following:
• Letter of interest
• Statement of Qualifications
• Resumes of key personnel
• Copy of the SBE/DVBE/MBE/WBE/DBE certification (if applicable)

Stantec will provide assistance to subconsultants named on the proposed team in arranging necessary bonds, lines of credit, and/or insurance through recommendations and introductions to institutions interested in serving the business community.
