We are seeking quotes for the following trades but not limited to: roofing, demolition, concrete saw cutting, concrete, fiberglass skylight, paint, final cleaning, sealants, sheet metal, etc.

The Project is generally described as, but not limited to,
Removal of existing roof skylights in the school gym and replacing them with new aluminum-framed
skylights with translucent sandwich panels, with skylight concrete roof curb
modifications, sealants, roof repairs, miscellaneous plumbing work, and abatement of
hazardous materials.

documents listed on the Building Connected listing. All subcontractors are required to execute Buhler standard subcontract agreement and comply with all insurance requirements. Buhler Commercial
requires subcontractors awarded on this project to provide Payment and Performance Bonds from a surety at the subcontractor's expense for any contract that exceeds $300,000. Buhler Commercial is signatory to the Carpenters and Labors Union. This is a Prevailing wage project. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR.
