The purpose of this request for proposal is to inform the private sector of a potential business opportunity and to enter into a contract with qualified firm(s) to provide Computer Networking and IT Programmer Consulting Services for the County of Rockland - Sheriff Department for specific projects detailed in this solicitation and also on an as-needed basis for the Sheriff Department and other authorized County of Rockland Law Enforcement agencies.
