Midstate Construction is seeking bid proposals from DVBE contractors for the DMV Headquarters Building West Renovation project in Sacramento, CA.

Bids Due: August 19, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M.

Trades needed include but are not limited to: Concrete, Metal fabrications, Casework, Firestopping & Joint Sealants, Doors Frame and Hardware, Storefronts, Glazing, Tile, Acoustical, Painting, Flooring, Insulation, Signage, Plumbing, Electrical, Communications, Paving, etc.

DVBE Bid Incentive: The DVBE Incentive program is being applied on this project. Refer to Project Manual Document 00 21 00, Article 18.5. the Department of General Services has established an overall goal of not less than 3% participation by Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE).
