The Rockland County Department of Mental Health (RCDMH) seeks to close the gap in service provision following the closure of an OASAS-funded primary prevention provider. RCDMH encourages both existing local providers and organizations from the Hudson Valley Region that are seeking to establish a presence in Rockland to respond to this RFP. This RFP is explicitly designed to restore the capacity lost from the previous provider's closure, rather than displace or duplicate the services currently being delivered by our existing network. Ultimately, this expansion ensures that Rockland County maintains comprehensive, adequate, and equitable county-wide coverage.
