SnL Group, Inc. is seeking quotes from Subcontractors, Vendors and Materials suppliers, including all SBE, DBE, DBVE, MBE and WBEs, to perform, provide materials and/or complete the following scope of work: replacement of up to approximately 10,500 LF of 8-inch to 24-inch collection pipeline, replacement of laterals & installation of new two-way cleanouts within the right-of-way, replacement of manholes, & lining approximately 320 LF of existing 15-inch collection pipeline.
Including but not limited to; site grading, trenching, backfill, pipeline pipe and materials/parts, CIPP liner, aggregate materials, paving and striping, trucking, concrete, curb, gutters, and sidewalk, utility locate, traffic control, SWWWPP, site staking and surveying, bypass pumping, dewatering, and project signs.
This project includes DBE Participation Goal. "Under the DBE Program, entities can no longer self-certify, and contractors and sub-contractors must be certified at bid opening. Contractors and sub-contractors must provide to the SRF recipient proof of DBE certification. Certifications will be accepted from the following: The Small Business Administration (SBA), The Department of Transportation's State implemented DBE Certification Program (with U.S. citizenship), Tribal, State and Local governments in accordance with EPA's 8% or 10% statutes, and Independent private organization certifications in accordance with EPA's 8% or 10% statutes".

This project does require American Iron and Steel Requirements (AIS).
Wage Requirements for this project is funded in part by the State Revolving Fund (SRF), which requires payment of both the State of California (DIR) and US Department of Labor (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wages.
Insurance Requirements: each subcontractor must submit proof of work comp insurance and obtain work comp throughout the completion of the project.
All Subcontractors who will be performing work onsite must be registered with a DIR Contractor Number, at the time of the bid opening.
Requirements: by submitting a proposal, the bidder affirms that they have carefully examined ALL the bidding documents/addenda and that from his/her own investigation, they have satisfied themselves as to the nature and location of the work. SnL's written subcontract documents execution is required of all successful subcontract bids.
