The work to be done generally consists of rehabilitating the existing bridge by replacing the bearing pads at the abutments. Additional work items could include traffic control, spot blast/clean/paint repairs, concrete spall repairs, bridge deck treatment, and sidewalk and curb replacement on the Robert I. Schroder Pedestrian Bridge over Treat Boulevard in the Walnut Creek area.
