Bonds may be required for any subcontract over $25,000. Insurance will be required with minimum coverage limits: $1,000,000 Workers Compensation, $2,000,000 Commercial, $2,000,000 Automobile, $5,000,000 Pollution, $2,000,000 Railroad. All subcontractors must be registered with the DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) to perform work on this project.
