Early Work Package 1 is being procured during the design phase to support the Project's accelerated schedule and to allow long-lead primary electrical equipment to be solicited, evaluated, awarded, submitted, and released for fabrication before the full construction design package is complete.

Please let us know if you need work items separated into smaller tasks or quantities to allow your participation. If you require an additional breakdown of an item or have other areas you are interested in bidding, please reach out to us to discuss available options. We will accommodate requests whenever possible and when economically feasible.

Garney Pacific, Inc. is a union contractor and all subcontractors on the project must utilize union labor. Garney requires that all potential subcontractors are prepared to provide a 100% Payment and Performance Bond from a US Treasury listed Surety Company. Garney will reimburse subcontractors for the required bond premium, so please provide your bond rate at the time of bid. The decision to bond any or all subcontractors shall be at the sole discretion of Garney, unless the project documents note otherwise.
