REQUESTING BIDS FROM ALL LBE/DBE/SBE SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CSWRCB'S SRF FUNDING AND WIFIA FUNDING
Walsh Construction is bidding, as a prime contractor, Project RFP No. DB-140, Secondary Clarifiers Rehabilitation for San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC).

The main objective of this project is to design and construct improvements work on eight clarifier tanks, including the following:
a. Clarifier mechanical improvements
b. Electrical improvements
c. I&C equipment improvements
d. Site improvements
e. Clarifier structural improvements such as crack/spall repair and new coating

Walsh is seeking bids from firms for the following construction services and/or materials; we are willing to discuss breaking out any portion of the work into economically feasible units to facilitate LBE/DBE/SBE participation: ELECTRICAL, GEOTECHNICAL, CIVIL, CONCRETE, GROUTING, MISC. METALS, PAINTING AND COATINGS, SIGNAGE, ELECTRICAL, I&C, ASPHALT PAVING, SURFACE RESTORATION, CHAIN LINK FENCING, PROCESS PIPE, CLARIFIER EQUIPMENT, DEMOLITION, EARTHWORK, TRUCKING, JOINT FILLERS/SEALERS/CAULKING, PLUMBING, AND CONCRETE CRACK REPAIR.
Walsh is seeking bids from firms for the following design services; we are willing to discuss breaking out any portion of the work into economically feasible units to facilitate LBE/DBE/SBE participation: CIVIL, SURVEY, GEOTECHNICAL, AND RESIDENT PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE.
EPA, SWRCB, CWSRF Funding, WIFIA Funding, Davis-Bacon Compliance, Prevailing Wages Compliance, Project Labor Agreement, American Iron and Steel (AIS) Certification (If applicable to scope), Buy America Build America (BABA)


Payment and performance bonds may be required. Contact Walsh for any assistance needed for this solicitation including bonding, insurance, equipment, materials, and/or supplies. Quotes must be valid for the same time frame specified by the owner for the contract award. Conditions or exceptions in subcontractor's quotes are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope including any conditions or exceptions is required 24 hours prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation. For information on availability of plans and specifications and the Bidder's policy concerning bonds, and/or insurance, please contact our office at 925-627-1700. To assist LBE/DBE/SBEs, we will divide the total requirements into smaller tasks or quantities and establish a delivery and construction schedule which will permit maximum participation when feasible. EPA/SWRCB/CWSRF/WIFIA forms are required prior to bid day.

Quotations must be valid for the same duration as specified by the Owner for the contract award. Conditions or exceptions in Subcontractor's quote are expressly rejected unless accepted in writing. Subcontractor scope including in any conditions or exceptions is required 24 HRs prior to bid deadline to allow proper evaluation.
