Jett Industries, Inc. (Jett - Contractor) is assembling a bid for the Tallman Island Wastewater Resource Recovery Facility WRRF Chlorination System Upgrade
(Bidders) to provide labor, materials, and /or equipment for the Project as described in these packages.

a. Structural Work: Addition of concrete to block various parts of the existing baffle wall and concrete straightening vanes.
b. Mechanical Work: Replace the existing two 5-HP induction mixers (1 per CCT) with six 10-HP installed induction mixers (3 per CCT), and an additional two spares. Replace the existing four chlorine analyzers (2 per CCT) with four chlorine analyzers (2 per CCT) and four 1/3-hP sample pumps for each analyzer. Replace the backup diffuser ring (1 per CCT) in-kind.c. Electrical Work: Provide six new circuits from TI-MCC-1594, utilizing four spare breakers and two new breakers, to feed replaced induction mixer panels. Provide new circuits from panelboard LP-CARB, utilizing spare breakers, to feed new chlorine analyzers, feed pumps, and existing flow transmitters. All new circuits shall replace conduit and wiring to loads.d. I&C Work: Replace the existing chlorine control panel with a new chlorine control panel, replicating the control strategy and functionality from the existing system, in addition to new automatic dosing features.Provide an interim chlorine control panel to help facilitate construction. Install local control panels for the induction mixers and chlorine analyzers.Add all new control and monitoring features to plant monitoring and control system.

The Bidder will be required to quote in compliance with all project plans and specifications. Non-Disclosure Agreements are provided when applicable. Addenda is posted and notification is sent to all invited bidders.

Insurance Requirements
Upon award, Subcontractors must provide insurance in accordance with our subcontract agreement. A copy of the subcontractor agreement can be found in Building Connected Project Plan Room.

Bonding Requirements
For subcontracts the Bidder shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds equal to the full subcontract price. For Material Contracts, the bidder shall furnish Supply Bonds in amount equal to full Material Contract price. Bond premiums are reimbursable by Kiewit/Mass. Electric Construction Co. Jett Industries Inc.
