Installation of Substation Cable Dip (line 69-974) to new terminal structure

Scopes Needed:
- Vacuum Excavation
- Concrete testing
- Electrical Conduit & Material Supply -HDPE;RGS
- Anchor Bolts
- Crane
- Rebar Supply
- Fuel Supply

All subcontractors must be registered in ISNetworld with a C or better grade.
15% MBE
15% DBE
6% SDVOB
