Rockland County is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive County Government Operations Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory and County Government Operations Climate Action Plan (CAP) to identify strategies to reduce GHG emissions and enhance sustainability in County government operations.
