Allen Gill Construction Inc. is soliciting proposals and quotes from all Disadvantaged Business Enterprise's (DBE) for the Fall River Valley Well Infrastructure Project. Bids will be received by the Fall River Valley Community Services District 24850 3rd Street, Fall River Mills, CA, until 3:00 p.m. local time on May 21, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. The project is located in McArthur, Ca. and consists of removing and replacing the well pump, motor, discharge piping, and conductor, replacing concrete well head and discharge to waste. Allen Gill Construction Inc. is requesting quotes from DBE's for all disciplines of work including well pump installation, concrete, electrical, waterworks materials, and trucking.

Insurance, including worker's compensation will be required with $1,000,000 in coverage limits.
